Kennon Dunham Heusinkveld was born August 13, 1930 in Cincinnati, OH to Dr. David and Helen (George) Heusinkveld. He graduated from Dartmouth College and Tufts University with his masters degree. On October 12, 1957 he married Dasa (Dee) J. Stuerm. Ken was a CPA and CFO at various companies including Price Waterhouse, CBS, NBC, and Singer, among others. He enjoyed traveling the country with Dee in their pop-up A-Liner camper for many years during retirement, as well as wood-working, fishing, doing anything outdoors, and helping others.
Ken is survived by his four daughters, Patty Masters and her husband Ron of Houston, TX, Cathie Viens and her husband Paul of College Station, TX, Holly Sansone and her husband Tom of Downers Grove, IL, and Heather Anderson and her husband Andy of Port Elizabeth, South Africa, nine grandchildren, and seven great grandchildren (with one on the way), along with two nephews and one niece. His wife, Dee predeceased him in 2005.
A memorial service will be held at Mandarin Presbyterian Church (11844 Mandarin Rd, Jacksonville 32223) on Wednesday April 27th at 11AM.
