JAMES NORMAN WELLS, 69, of Jacksonville, passed away on Wednesday, September 27, 2017 in Jacksonville, Florida. A celebration of his life will be held on Sunday, October 8, 2017 at 3pm at Avondale United Methodist Church 1651 Talbot Ave., Jacksonville.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in memory of James Wells to American Diabetes Association or to Community Hospice.
