Elenore S. Kripps entered into the Church Triumphant on December 22, 2016. Born on August 8, 1921, in Hagen, Westphalia, Germany to Emil and Erna Sprunkel, Elenore lived her early life in Wiesbaden, Germany. After living through World War Il, which included working in a US Army Garrison hospital, Elenore came to the US and became a naturalized citizen on December 14, 1951, While living in Jacksonville, she met her loving husband of 54 years, Robert L. Kripps (deceased). Elenore was a faithful member of Trinity Lutheran Church where she participated in the Women of the Church. Elenore loved to cook and bake, especially at Christmas time.
A memorial service, followed by the interment of ashes, will be held at Trinity Lutheran Church on Saturday, January 21 st at 10:00 a.m. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given to Trinity Lutheran Church, 1415 Mc duff Ave. S. , Jacksonville, FL 32205.
